The details you enter in the quote or data-sheet form: full name, company, business email, destination country, product group and quantity, and, if you add them, phone / WhatsApp, destination port, intended use, notes and attached files. We also record the page you used, the request type, and the date and time. Our web server keeps standard security logs, which include your IP address. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, to share it with the manufacturer that builds your order, to prepare a quote or data sheet, to carry out your order if you place one, and to meet legal duties, including identity and sanctions checks on buyers. You give your consent when you send the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. We do not use your details for marketing. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage and how long we keep it
Your details are stored on systems run by our IT providers. We keep your details for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for as long as the law and the contract require.
Your rights
